"FEEL THE DOOM" Next time you're walking around and happen to be near a freeway during rush hour, go stand above it/near it and gaze at the twelve lanes of stopped or crawling automobiles, each one a single-occupant vehicle. Take a big breath and smell the air. Look at the lines of cars stretching to the horizon. Think about humanity's place on the earth and it's role upon it. Think about wars, freeways, extinct species, disappearance of open space, and Britney Spears (insert the name of any vein, useless pop star here). Look at the way the smog distorts the light from the setting sun, and try not to FEEL THE DOOM.
